Students Invited to Submit Abstracts for Research Symposium

ResearchSymp CFPThe History of Art Department invites students to submit abstracts of research papers written for upper-level courses or theses by Thursday, March 28, in preparation for the third annual HART Student Research Symposium on Thursday, April 18, at 4:00 p.m. in Cohen 203. Papers will be selected for presentation anonymously by HART faculty.

Abstracts should be no more than one page, double-spaced, with one-inch margins. Students are asked not to put their name on the abstract but send as an e-mail attachment to with “Abstract: [Student’s Name] in the subject line.

Mireille Lee, assistant professor of history of art, will offer a special workshop for writing an abstract on Tuesday, March 19, from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. in Cohen 308. For more information about the workshop or the symposium, contact
